Workday Financials Reporting Consultant

The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, manage releases, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Workday report developer
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and/or experience building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Prism Analytics.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues.
• Experience developing reports in the areas of accounting, finance, or budgets.
• Utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to efficiently import and export data within Workday.
• Create calculated fields and manipulate data to generate insightful reports for various stakeholders.
• Design and implement integrations using XSLT and Cloud Connect to facilitate data exchange between Workday and external systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports and integrations, adhering to organizational policies and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of reports, integrations, and data mappings for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred (Workday Integrations, Workday Prism or Workday Reporting)
