Workday Package Specialist (Fixed Term Hire)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Assists clients in the design implementation and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting Workday Integrations including EIB Studio and Cloud Connect integrations and/or Talent Management modules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in configuring & supporting Workday HCM module
• Deep knowledge in at least one functional area in IBM HR with minimum 3 years hands-on process experience
• Familiarity with at least 2 other functional areas in IBM HR
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret functional specifications or requirements
• Ability to conceptualize how various set-up options affect what happens in the application.
• Demonstrated learner and prioritization skills
• Familiar with business processes system controls process flows and documentations tools
• Understanding of change control incident management and testing
• Ability to network with deeper experts in these areas and collaborate on setup as needed

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with Workday application user interface and configurations
• Knowledge and experience in SQL and Report Writer tools
• Project management skills
