JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:

Working Capital Support Associates are responsible for monitoring and monthly reporting on the working capital portfolio of credits through the review and tracking of Borrowing Base Certificates, advancing funds from client draw requests, maintaining Working Capital Support files and systems for these loans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and assist in daily servicing of Working Capital Support monitored revolving lines of credit of Semi Conforming and Fully Conforming lines of credit.
• Review client prepared documentation (Borrowing Base Certificates / Supporting Documentation) for margin tracking and compliance.
• Daily maintenance and input into NT/ABL System of all Borrowing Base Certificates on all monitored working capital lines of credit.
• Funding client draw requests based on Borrowing Base data for a portfolio of working capital credits with assistance from supervisor.
• Daily review of dominion demand deposit accounts and moving available funds to pay down working capital line of credit or deposit into operating demand deposit account as appropriate.
• Investigates and resolves matters on behalf of other associates and management regarding credits monitored by Working Capital Support.
• Prepare and review data for mid-month collateral tracking reports for lenders and management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Experience in Asset Based Lending preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products and Asset Based Lending software preferred.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate related equipment to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical require.
