The Workplace Experience Project Manager for Cytiva is responsible for providing outstanding, proactive customer services to all associates and visitors to the Boroughs' sites in MA. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with executive leadership and key functional stakeholders to ensure services are aligned with business requirements.
This position is part of the Workplace Experience team located in Marlborough, MA and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Design and manage space planning, leasehold improvement projects (construction), people moves and return to the office. Drive change management as space configuration and utilization is optimized during construction process.
- Manage vendor service relationships for food and beverage, janitorial services, etc. to optimize service delivery and cost.
- Proactively engage to create, build and implement an effective and collaborative work place environment.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of related professional work experience, and preferred Bachelor Degree
- Proven expertise in space planning and seating optimization, with a track record of successfully defining and implementing solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Construction and vendor management experience.
- Minimum 3 years project management work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, resulting in consistent achievement of desired outcomes.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
- Experience managing teams through influence
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,400 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
