guaranteed base salary and excellent benefits in a supportive, community-focused environment.

• $550,000 Guaranteed Salary
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Relocation: up to $10,000 IRS approved moving expenses
• CME: $5,000/year
• Practice Schedule: Monday-Friday
