Description and Requirements

Your key responsibilities:

BI Solutions Development:

• Design and develop BI solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and reports using QlikSense platform
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and load processes to support data integration and warehousing

Data Management & Analysis:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating and reconciling datasets.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business operations and decision-making.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, system efficiency, and database optimization.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with business units to gather and understand reporting and analysis requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Present insights and reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitor and enhance BI performance, making sure reports and dashboards are optimized for speed and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data, and systems.

Document BI processes, models, configurations, and data flows.

• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand and utilize BI tools effectively.
• Stay up to date on BI tools, technologies, and best practices.

You'll bring:

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• English: spoken & written
• Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and database design (SQL, SSIS, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and querying databases.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in ETL tools and processes (SSIS, Talend, etc.).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or DAX is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work with business users and technical teams.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2700 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
