This position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain up to Top Secret/SCI. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, Software Acquisition Program of Record in the context of sustaining and phasing out legacy DCGS-N Increment I baselines while introducing a modernized IST&T solution that takes advantage of high end compute and storage; DevSecOps; and streamlined cyber, installation, and sustainment processes. Driving DCGS-N program strategy within PMW 120 horizontal integration efforts; building stakeholder advocacy internal and external to Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (PEO C4I); and shepherding a large team through organizational and technical transformation are key focus areas for this APM.
