Summary Serves as the Business Manager of the Parking Garage at the Hale Koa Hotel. 2025 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. This position is being reopened. A pull date of 26 June 2025 has been established. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required. Qualifications 1. 1 year of managerial/supervisory experience to include scheduling, payroll, coaching, discipline and training of staff. 2. Skilled at being able to troubleshoot, analyze data, making business based decisions, providing customer service and following up on customer complaints. 3. Work experience in managing cost controls in order to meet budget requirements and presenting to senior level management. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
