About the position: This position will be assigned to the JBER Lodging. This is a Regular Part-Time position.
Regular Part-Time employees have regular/continuous work schedules of at least 20 hours to a max of 34 hours per week. You are eligible for the following benefits/compensation: Health & Life Insurance, Awards, Leave, Retirement, 401K, Overtime Pay, Workers' Comp, Shift Differential, Sunday Premium Pay, Holiday Pay.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment
This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
This position requires a Physical Exam within 60 days of hire.
U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a pre employment drug test with negative results. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
No previous experience or training is required. Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions and be able to use hand or
lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment. Must be physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets, lift and carry
items weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, stoop, and reach for long periods ohime. Must be able to
satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Must have a valid driver's license. Must satisfactorily
complete a pre-employment drug test.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
