Laborer

Summary This position works as a laborer in the grounds section of Facilities Management Service at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI. The incumbent cleans and empties trash cans in the parking structures, smoking shelters and grounds, cleans and washes lawn equipment, snow removal equipment and government vehicles. Incumbent will also trim bushes, rake leaves, cut and trim grass using powered push lawn mowers and powered edgers and shovels snow with shovels or powered blowers.
