Job Description

Summary The Stars of Valor Fellowships Program was established to create employment opportunities for veterans, Gold Star families, and Active-Duty military spouses within the United States Senate. These positions provide fellows with the experience and exposure necessary to build a career in government. Fellows may be assigned to a Senate office in Washington, DC, or State offices across the country. The fellowship is a two-year, paid, full-time employment opportunity. Click here to apply. Qualifications Detail-oriented Excellent organization skills Strong computer skills Ability to complete projects within timelines and under minimal supervision Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional and courteous work disposition Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling sensitive information Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
