Summary The Office of the Chief Operations Officer (OCOO), Campus Planning and Space Utilization Division is recruiting a Campus Planner with expertise in recommending efficient space adjacencies, security levels, work typologies to maximize density in existing space. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the qualification requirements outlined below to be considered minimally qualified for this position. The qualification requirements are in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standards. ALL QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET BY THE CLOSING OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Examples of specialized experience are: For the GS-13: You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates your ability to: 1) Utilizing technology such as AutoCAD and CAFM software (Manhattan, Archibus, Serraview, etc.) 2) Utilizing Microsoft excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Power Point software; 3) Performing space drawings and occupancy data management 4) Developing and presenting solutions and space programs that aligns with requirements (including long range strategies).
