Summary This position is located at Shenanigan's at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) on the island of Kaua'i. ** Must reside on the island of Kaua'i ** Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment Must pass all applicable records and background investigation. Must obtain and maintain any certifications associated with required trainings. Must enroll in direct deposit within 2 pay periods of employment. Qualifications Skill to serve beverages and meals in the proper manner and sequence. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques such as the correct side to serve from the correct side to remove from. Knowledge of the composition of all food items on the menu, whether American or Foreign; the available beverages and wines and which wiles complement specific meals and their proper serving temperatures. Skill in proper table setting techniques. Knowledge of simple math calculations in order to tabulate checks. Ability to recognize intoxicated patrons when serving alcohol. Education This position does not have a positive education requirement. Additional information Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Some positions have special requirements.
