Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in Business Acumen, Communication, Agreement Structuring, Agreement Execution, Executive Communication, Forecasting, Presenting to Executive Audiences, Sales Industry, Pipeline Management, Stakeholder Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving, Peer Coaching, Sales Coaching, Sales Pitching, Analysis, Media Planning, Presence.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client needs.
  • Ability to communicate Portuguese and English fluently to communicate with clients.

  • Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, and C-level executives.

The Account Executive is a key contributor within the MMS Commerce team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of top clients in the Retail, Travel, CPG, Travel and Auto industry both in eCommerce and Multichannel business models. You will focus on driving client success and business growth by understanding client needs, developing account plans, and presenting Google's solutions. You will drive account growth and contribute to team success. You will have excellent communication, presentation skill, executive presence, and a proven ability of driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of top advertising/media clients to achieve business goals and drive growth. Manage customer interactions and data to improve service, retention, and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, adapting strategies as needed. Create joint business plans with new customers to solidify relationships and achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through strategic partnership, understanding client needs, and providing insights on industry trends and Google best practices.
  • Identify, size, and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and the broader market. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., account managers, product specialists) to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to address client needs, including needs-based questioning and solution selling, objection handling and enagaged selling, Pitching and presenting solutions.
