Job Description

H&H Leadership Solutions is excited to partner with ARCx to present an exceptional opportunity for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join a leading health system in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C.

About ARCx

At ARCx (a subsidiary of MedStar), we’re transforming cardiovascular care, reducing barriers to access, and alleviating clinician burnout—all while enabling Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to deliver top-notch care remotely. Founded by industry leaders in 2022, ARCx focuses on managing low-acuity cardiovascular disease through telehealth, streamlined workflows, and a remote workforce. ARCx supports cardiology providers nationwide, by being an extension of their practices, offering patients faster access to quality care and helping clinicians optimize their in person and administrative workloads.

As an NP at ARCx, you’ll be part of something new, exciting, and impactful. You’ll work remotely, providing care to our client’s cardiovascular patients while collaborating closely with their cardiologists and clinical teams. This isn’t just another telehealth job—it’s an opportunity to reshape how cardiovascular care is delivered with nationally recognized cardiology providers, making a real difference in patient outcomes while enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance that remote work offers. With our renowned health system and cardiology practice clients, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and be part of something new, exciting, and transformative.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver telehealth services in collaboration with our cardiologists to manage low-acuity cardiovascular disease patients across the nation.
  • Provide virtual patient assessments, coordinate care, and monitor patient progress remotely.
  • Collaborate with in-office clinicians and staff at our client practices to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize technology platforms and workflows designed to optimize patient care delivery and streamline workloads for our clients' clinicians.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMRs), in line with our client practices' standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular conditions and the importance of lifestyle modifications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing medical education (CME) to ensure excellence in service delivery and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed to practice in at least two of the following: Maryland, D.C., Virginia, or able to obtain immediately.
  • Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and DEA Number.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an NP in cardiovascular care or related fields, ideally with outpatient clinic experience.
  • Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring.
  • Dedicated service mindset to provide exceptional support to our partner cardiologists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to travel to our partner cardiology clinics during the first 4-6 weeks for training (expect to be on site ~3 days per week).

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in telehealth or remote care delivery.
  • Outpatient clinic experience in cardiology
  • Familiarity with advanced workflows and remote healthcare technology systems.
  • Dual licensing in multiple states is highly desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Base salary plus bonus range is $110-$146K, depending on experience and location.
  • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a new paradigm of care delivery.
  • Paid time off and CME leave and allowance to support ongoing professional development.
  • Retirement plan
  • Equity participation, giving you an ownership stake in ARCx and the chance to share in the company’s success as we grow and scale.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
  • Engage in a dynamic and innovative work environment focused on leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes.
  • Be a part of a mission-driven company revolutionizing cardiovascular care.
