Remote Health Coach

At Pulse Universal Communication, we are dedicated to fostering better health outcomes through innovative communication strategies and personalized support. Our mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and individuals by promoting sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes—empowering people to take control of their well-being. We are expanding our wellness team and are seeking compassionate, experienced, and credentialed Health Coaches to join us remotely.

As a Remote Health Coach at Pulse Universal Communication, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their health and wellness journeys. You'll use motivational interviewing, evidence-based coaching techniques, and digital communication tools to support individuals in achieving sustainable health goals.

• Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions with clients
• Develop personalized wellness plans focused on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle changes
• Monitor client progress and provide continuous encouragement, education, and accountability
• Collaborate with internal wellness and communication teams to deliver holistic support
• Document interactions and progress using digital health platforms
• Stay current with best practices in behavior change and wellness science

Required:

• Certification as a Health Coach (e.g., NBC-HWC, ACE, IIN, Wellcoaches, etc.)
• 1+ year of experience in health coaching, wellness programming, or related fields
• Strong digital communication skills (video, email, chat platforms)
• Empathetic, non-judgmental, and solution-focused coaching style
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace

Preferred:

• Background in nutrition, kinesiology, psychology, or public health
• Experience using coaching platforms (e.g., Practice Better, Healthie, etc.)
• Bilingual/multilingual communication skills a plus
