Job Description

Assure, a private equity transaction platform, analytics, and data company, is seeking to hire an Analyst to be a growth-focused contributor working closely with our operations team and clients. The Analyst will discover new ways to improve Quality Assurance within our existing Client Delivery process. This person will own the current output of post-closing activities, the tracking of efficiencies obtained over-time, and the improvement of the timeliness in our deliverables to clients within our delivery cycles. Position aspects may involve routing incoming communication, coordination of post-close deal completion, managing document flow, requesting corporate documents, overseeing distribution flow, coordinating issue resolution and being the primary contact for related clients and investors. The position is now open to hardworking, highly organized self-starters comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position requires regular in-person attendance in the office and punctuality to ensure optimal productivity and customer service.

Duties include
  • Updating investment deals post close
  • Requesting distribution information from LPs including banking information and distribution details
  • Completing the document process by managing post-closing activities including changes to investment assets and organization documents
  • Confirming consent for Power of Attorney and communicating with investors as needed
  • Coordinate issue resolutions between teams and clients
  • Managing docusign flows
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

  • A competitive base salary starting at $21.63/hour, performance-based bonus, and 401k match up to 3%
