What You Will Do: While continuing your education in the evening, you will • Build your hands-on skills through on-the-job training from the best in the business • Work on a wide range of service projects like data centers, water processing plants, casinos, resi-mercial high rises, pharmaceutical plants, and many others • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you install raceways, pull wire, mount equipment, assemble and install parts, do finish work, and many other tasks • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring: In addition to enjoying working outside in all kinds of weather, you will • Have a minimum of least 6000 hours of commercial or industrial electrical work experience that you can validate via the ELC017 TDLR form • Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems • Thrive on learning new things and be highly curious • Be open to learning from direct and honest feedback • Enjoy being part of a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within the Metro area • Be comfortable working all day on your feet, on ladders, and on a variety of job sites • Have your own set of small tools and your electrical apprenticeship card • Provide a signed affidavit of your work hours and a validation of your school status What Weifield is All About: Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
