Ok, but what would I be working on? What is CDRR?
In Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR), we deliver first-line defenses to manage Cyber and Fraud risks to Morgan Stanley's technology, operations, and information. This allows the business to operate and grow in a secure and compliant manner.

As Identity & Access Management Application development Team, we oversee the development of Identity & Access Management controls platforms for Business, Technology , and Privileged Access Entitlements. These platforms manage the lifecycle of users' entitlements, authorization, and digital identity.

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality technical solutions to global stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Take ownership of critical problems as he/she works through the full project lifecycle from analysis, design to successful timely delivery of the solution
Remove technical and process related blockers by applying Agile principles to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Communicate and endorse adherence to development and quality standards and monitors adherence on an on-going basis
Report timely and accurate development related information to relevant parties, as required.
As a developer, design and develop GUI and core web service layer with high performance and scalability.
Accountable for high quality code, unit test, component test and CI/CD pipeline.
Monitor and involve in maintenance and support of the production environment.

Qualifications/Criterion
Bachelor-s Degree and/or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in an area relevant to this position
Required Skills:
Solid experience on large scale web-based application development.
Strong 4-6 years' experience on Java, SpringBoot, Angular (or equivalent framework)
Java
Experience on working on big enterprise application
Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
Good knowledge and understanding of java collection
Good knowledge and understanding of multithreading
Experience on code optimisation
Experience working on TDD and BDD models
Experience with software design patterns, performance / memory analysis, and n-tier service-oriented architecture
Angular
Experience on working on different Angular component
Worked on event lifecycles and hooks
Experience working on enterprise web application
Experience working on web application test(unit and integrated test cases)
DB
Experience working on OLAP and OLTP models
Experience writing good quality sql codes
Understanding of query optimisation and explain plan
Debug and optimise sql queries
Python
Basic understanding of python codes
Able to debug python codes
General
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can execute tactically, be a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be able to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems.
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Should be familiar with database: DB2/Sybase or Oracle and relevant tool
Skills Desired:
Familiar with script languages, like Perl or Python
Familiar with Unix/Linux environment Test

Coverage for Audit Jobs
• Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters.
• Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA Internal Auditors and auditees.
