The AT&T Customer Service Representative will present and sell a wide range of AT&T products and services to businesses in the area. This position requires someone to be emphatic to customers needs and solution oriented to find them the best product that suits their needs. The AT&T Customer Service Representative will be professional and responsible for working with both new accounts while increasing and growing existing accounts. Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative: β€’ Work with business owners and customers to present services to potential business consumers, ensuring excellent customer service is provided β€’ Build connections through effective and professional communication that allow for trust between the customer and our AT&T Customer Service Representative to foster β€’ Process all sales orders for business owners and follow through until the installation of their new service has arrived β€’ Address and resolve customer inquiries with care, urgency, and in a timely manner β€’ Develop product knowledge to confidently present and promote services to consumers β€’ Complete and submit all forms/contracts needed for the customer to sign up for their new service. Keep record of this for account management. Qualifications for the AT&T Customer Service Representative: β€’ Prior working experience in a customer service, customer facing, sales, or related role to be able to exceed quickly in this position. This prior experience is not required for the role, but a benefit to have. β€’ Ability to communicate with consumers and business owners effectively β€’ A proactive and solution focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges confidently β€’ A passion for sales and learning from other team members to further develop skills β€’ Experience working with technology or a basic understanding β€’ Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and be organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Shift: β€’ 8 hour shift β€’ Day shift Work Location: On the road
