Responsabilidades:

• Auxiliar na pré-preparação dos itens do menu (higiene e corte de alimentos).
• Auxiliar no controle / planejamento dos itens utilizados no menu.
• Montar e distribuir / serviço de coffee breaks e do atendimento do Conselho de Administração - Diretores.
• Coletar e identificar amostras de alimentos.
• Levar a comida da área de preparação para abastecer os frigoríficos e estufas.
• Retirar a comida dos frigoríficos e estufas para abastecer os balcões térmicos.
• Retirar os produtos perecíveis da embalagem original, a fim de realizar as atividades de pré-preparação e preparação de alimentos.
• Auxiliar na obtenção da padronização das preparações em conjunto com 1/2 Oficiais e Cozinheiros, através da utilização das receitas padrão.
• Realizar serviços de saneamento nas áreas internas e externas do restaurante.
• Realizar a limpeza diária dos equipamentos e utensílios.

Additional Description

Requisitos obrigatórios

• Experiência comprovada em restaurante, lanchonete, açougue ou afins e/ou atividades de Limpeza;
• Ensino fundamental completo;
• Disponibilidade total de horários para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver necessidade.

Requisitos desejáveis

• Carteira de habilitação categoria B.
