What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)
• Controlar os processos de garantia no Brasil, cuidando para que sejam seguidos, mantendo os procedimentos atualizados e trabalhando em melhorias constantes.
• Analisar Transações de garantia, submetidas via sistema pela rede de concessionárias, aprovando ou rejeitando conforme as pré aprovações concedidas e conforme as políticas de garantia.
• Criar e controlar projetos de retorno de peças no sistema de garantia (GWM).

• Suportar a abertura de chamados dos sistemas de controle de recebimento de peças.
• Suportar a área de Supplier Recovery com a extração de relatórios e emissão de débitos aos fornecedores.
• Suportar o time de Recebimento de Peças do Armazém com emissão de Notas Fiscais e Débitos de peças analisadas.
• Buscar oportunidades de redução de custos em garantia.

• Formação superior cursando em Engenharia, Tecnologia, Administração ou área correlacionada.
• Capacidade de gerenciamento de tempo.
• CNH ativa B (disponibilidade de viagens quinzenalmente - Sorocaba)
• Domínio do Pacote Office.
• Habilidade para trabalho em equipe.
• Orientação a equipe multidisciplinar, garantindo interfaces com diferentes áreas.

• Inglês intermediário
