We׳re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Billing Specialist to join our growing Finance team.

Wake up for this

• Work closely with our growing sales team.
• Assist in implementing new billing tools and improve current billing processes.
• Communicate daily with the company's enterprise clients.
• Work closely with controllers on new deals, contracts, and related tax matters.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports, as needed.
• Manage the day-to-day enterprise billing activities and collection activities.
• Review payment entries for accuracy and to ensure account balances are correct.
• Analyze billing data to proactively track and prevent erroneous invoices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist/Collection Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist/Finance operations or a similar position. 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in High-tech/start-up companies - An advantage.
• Experience with Priority/NetSuite and SalesForce - An advantage.
