About the role
As Board Secretary you work closely with the Board Chairs and Board of Directors of Trustly AB and Trustly Group AB being responsible for the effective administration, communication and documentation of the Boards' activities. You are responsible for board governance across the group and effective communication between the Boards, management teams and stakeholders. You are part of the legal team based in Stockholm and will report to the Chief Legal Officer Europe.
What you'll do
- Secretary for the TAB and TGAB Boards and Board committees
- Responsible for board governance across Trustly Europe (including administering annual board wheels, format for meeting agendas, minutes, digital board portal)
- Lead the coordination between board secretaries across Trustly Europe
- Secretary for the management team of TGAB and the European management team
Who you are
- Executive Assistant, Paralegal or similar level of qualification suitable for the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English and Swedish language skills
- Attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude
