Role Responsibilities

on Responsibilities:

· Working with the public in a friendly manner

· Learning the history of Maker's Mark

· Tours; VIP, Private, Holiday

· Ambassador sign-in & specialties

· Special events set-up

· Tour confirmations

· Brochure Management

· General cleaning of facilities

· Inventory control, including receiving, tagging and tracking

· Special dipping of merchandise

· VIP Labels

· Supports and adhere to the job requirements for the department with regards to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and fully support the company IMS objectives and initiatives

· Other duties as indicated

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality

· Ability to work with the public

· Basic computer skills

· Good work ethic

· Works well in a team environment

· Good phone and communication skills

· General office equipment knowledge

· Speaks English clearly

Non-Essential Skills and Experience:

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

· Prior experience in beverage alcohol industry

· Point of Sale Application Software

· Experience in tourism or hospitality related field

· Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

· Foreign language experience
