Location: The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations and will be eligible to work remote.
The Business Change Advisor Sr. is responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the Commercial & Specialty Business Division (CSBD) sales organization on the creation and implementation of Sales Incentive Plans. Reporting to the SVP Sales Enablement, the Business Change Advisor Sr. makes recommendations to create consistency and provide input on the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs, project manages implementation and partners with appropriate parties on communication to the sales team.
How you will make an impact:
- Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.
- Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of designated sales incentive plans.
- Develops sales incentive plans to reach goals and educates key stakeholders.
- Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations based on large, raw datasets related to complex and varied business metrics.
- Utilizes additional management tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities
- Project management skills preferred.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel, and MS Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Effective communication skills (written verbal) are highly preferred.
- Analytical and technical knowledge of data management software highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $73,520 to $132, 336.
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
