Business Transformation Consultant: Supply Chain Planning

In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of Manhattan Warehouse Management (Manhattan WMS SCPP version) experience is a must.
• Experience on Manhattan WMS SCPP v2018 & Manhattan ActiveWM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge on UNIX.
• Hands on experience and strong knowledge of PL/SQL and query writing skills.
• Manhattan WMS Level2 Production support skills for efficient handling of Incidents troubleshooting and providing workarounds for the incidents.
• Proactively communicate with customers operations and relevant stakeholders. Communicate major issues to various stakeholders and prioritize escalations.
• Familiarity with industry consulting practices methodologies and tools.

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
