Alfani Family Construction Inc. is actively seekingexperienced, dependable carpentersto join our growing team. Our projects span commercial and residential sites acrossBrooklyn and Long Island, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their craft. Responsibilities: • Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, sheathing, blocking, and hardware installation • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and shop drawings • Work efficiently both independently and with a team • Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience • Must be able to read prints • Ability to work with various materials (wood, metal, composite) • Ability to sheetrock/tape and compound • Familiarity with power tools and construction methods • Reliable transportation to job sites • OSHA 30 certification a plus What We Offer: • Consistent work throughout the year • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
