Carpintero Exterior - HOA Community Carpenter for 100 Units plus!

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction methods. This role involves working on a variety of projects within the HOA Condominium communities buildings, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials to include, belly bands, facia boards, eaves, trim, balcony structures and stair wells.. Duties • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. • Perform concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements. • Execute masonry work as needed for various construction projects. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. • Apply stucco finishes to walls as required by project specifications. • Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed structures. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless integration of systems within the structure. • Estimate materials needed for projects based on construction plans. Skills • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. • Experience with masonry work is a plus. • Skilled in the safe operation of power tools. • Familiarity with stucco application processes. • Basic electrical knowledge is beneficial for collaborative projects. • Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
