The Centralized Servicing Team Lead is a working manager role responsible for overseeing a team. This position leads by example to handle daily servicing tasks while also managing team performance, supporting training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to branches and customers. The Team Lead plays a critical role in supporting delinquency management, account resolution, and overall servicing operations within the BOSC.
Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform Oversight of Assigned Team Members
• Provide day-to-day guidance
• Lead, coach, and support team
• Monitor individual and team performance to provide feedback
• Coordinate coverage to ensure staffing needs are met
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed
Perform Centralized Servicing Responsibilities
• Manage escalated servicing issues and assist in complex account resolution
• Participant in the day-to-day servicing activities
• Partner with Manager to enhance call strategies and improve overall portfolio performance
• Update customer account information to ensure accurate and status
• Document all customers interactions, agreements, and account resolutions
• Provide clear explanations of account balances, due dates, and options resolving delinquencies

EDUCATION, QUALIFICAITONS, AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or financial customer experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and reasoning
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidential and personal information
• Flexible to work extended hours and rotating Saturdays
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
• Must possess a valid drivers' license and the ability to operate an automobile
DESIRABLE
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with centralized or multi-branch operational support
