Job Description
We are offering a $10,000 sign–on bonus for full–time, licensed Clinical Social Workers who join our team!
We are interviewing Clinical Social Workers (LCSW–C) who enjoy providing care to pediatric, teen, young adult patients, and their families. Our multi–disciplinary team offers outpatient services for patients with a range of mental health diagnoses. Many of our patients have co–occurring neurodevelopmental or medical conditions.
Clinical social workers are highly valued members of our clinic teams providing individual, group, and family therapies. We focus on enhancing strengths while addressing needs with evidence–based/informed treatments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing psychotherapy in at least one therapy model such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy. Continual clinical supervision is provided for all clinicians within the program.
We offer many opportunities for professional growth by involving our clinicians in multi–disciplinary learning experiences and by encouraging them to be active in mentoring trainees. Our teams participate in outreach and may engage in multi–disciplinary research.
Strong LMSW candidates will be considered. We are currently providing therapy in a hybrid model.
