Job Summary:As theCommercialDirectorleadingNCS’s Parts business, you will be responsible for delivering material YoY revenue and profitability growth across Service, Direct, Distribution and eCommerce channels. You will have an active role in defining the go-to-market strategy and leading its execution from an operational perspective, including interfacing with key customer accounts, leading pricing and profitability review exercises, and partnering with NCS’s distribution centers and manufacturing plants to ensure product availability and proper turnaround time for both stock and non-stock/drop-ship items.
You will lead a remote team of Buyer / Planners, while meeting expectations to routinely coordinate with multiple Manufacturing and Distribution locations across the US and Canada, as well as the Product Management, Supplier Management, Service and Finance organizations.
You will be required to create, maintain and share regular financial and operational reports on revenue goal attainment, SKU in-stock levels, open PO backlog, and working capital metrics. Furthermore, you will be required to actively support new product launch initiatives, as well as routine cost-out and working capital optimization exercises.

They are adept at working in a matrixed environment and command excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and in writing), high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to act/react and multitask in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
Job Duties:
• Develop a deep understanding of the Car Wash Parts ecosystem, including strategies, pricing models, and customer service practices.
• Co-develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy, focusing on market share expansion, revenue growth, and enhanced profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and product lines to drive significant top-line revenue increases.
• Forge strong relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving needs and proactively developing solutions that drive Parts sales and customer loyalty.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic pricing, promotional activities and inventory replenishment strategies.
• Ensure same-day turnaround on non-stock/drop-ship items, placing Purchase Orders (for both stocking and non-stocking SKUs) to augment the team whenever needed.
• Escalate all issues pertaining to supplier performance (Cost, Quality, and Availability) to the Manufacturing and Supplier Management leadership teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Management, and participate in the implementation of best practices, tools and systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop, motivate and performance manage existing and future direct reports.
• Collaborate on eCommerce and New Product initiatives, as well as on Customer and SKU profitability reviews, providing input on Pricing strategies when needed.
What You Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ progressive leadership experience, preferably in a $10M+ Parts business for an OEM or a Distributor in the Car Wash, Automotive, HVAC or adjacent industrial goods and services B2B spaces.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in a B2B Parts or Aftermarket business.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies, with a deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Finance principles.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, namely Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with superior attention to detail and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with experience in successfully collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate teams, while maintaining a proactive, positive, resourceful and efficient attitude.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Understands the work is only truly done when all orders and questions for that day have been reviewed and addressed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology, namely:
• Oracle NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERPs
• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), namely in analyzing and manipulating data
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Perform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory performance level.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
