Commercial Plumber

Commercial Plumber The team seeks a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbers of all experience ranges; from 3+ years to masters Plumbers. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Experience in Hospitals and Schools is a plus. 3+ years of commercial experience. (Must have active Plumbing License & Osha10) Responsibilities: • Install, inspect, maintain, and repaircommercial plumbing systems • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing codes • Lay out and installwater supply lines, drainage systems, and vent piping • Work with various pipe materials:PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron, CPVC, and steel • Set fixtures such assinks, toilets, urinals, water heaters, and backflow devices • Ensure all work meetslocal and state plumbing codes • Communicate with site supervisors and general contractors • Mentor apprentices or junior plumbers as needed • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • DOE $23-$37 Per HR Requirements: • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience • Valid plumbing license or registration(required, per state/local laws) • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and commercial job site procedures • Ability to read blueprints and install systems to spec • OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Must have own basic tools and PPE • Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Experience: • Medical gas installation • Multi-story or large-scale commercial projects • Rough-in and finish plumbing phases • Ability to supervise helpers/apprentices • Underground utilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $37.00 per hour Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: • Plumbing License (Required) • OSHA 10 (Required) Work Location: In person
