Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Leader in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Lead information technology projects, including the development of Cloud-based technologies, interface design and development, and overseeing all aspects of the systems development life cycle. Lead end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Lead various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the Cloud community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leveraging MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, Microsoft (MS) Azure Integration Services, SAP Process Integration, webMethods, Apache Confluent Kafka, and Cloud Native technologies to oversee information technology projects;
- Utilizing MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, SAP Process Integration, webMethods, Microsoft (MS) Azure Integration Services, Apache Confluent Kafka,and Cloud Native technologies to lead design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, and Cloud Integration & APIs;
- Leading the improvement of internal processes and promoting knowledge sharing among the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence;
- Leading Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, Azure, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Boomi, SAP Process Integration, webMethods, and Kafka professional services teams that specialize in Cloud Connection to External Services & SaaS, Identity & Access Control, Monitoring, Automated Provision of Containerized platforms, Automated Build and Deployment, and Automated Testing;
- Developing practical solutions and methodologies, including "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents, utilizing MS Project, Visio, Excel, Teams, and Agile methodology;
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff; and
- Leading technical teams to architect, build, and deploy multi-cloud integration solutions, utilizing MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, SAP Process Integration, webMethods, Microsoft (MS) Azure Integration Services, and Apache Confluent Kafka.
Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
