Controller

CO Salary Range: USD 100,000.00 - 125,000.00 per year

Controller position in Northern Colorado $100-$125k + range depending on experience

Our client, a northern Colorado construction company, is looking for a new Controller to join their team! You will work alongside operations, project managers, and ownership to make strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of construction accounting and management experience who wants to grow their career outside of operational accounting and provide accurate financials to leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial reporting and analysis, cash flow and forecasting, and business strategy
• Oversight of finance and accounting department
• Evaluate projects and redesign processes and system upgrades

• BS Accounting and 5+ years construction financial management experience
