Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including restoration, installation, and maintenance. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects, contributing to the overall success of our construction and renovation efforts. Duties • Restore and repair wooden/composite structures and fixtures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. • Perform installation‘s with precision and care to meet design specifications. • Conduct water damage restoration tasks, including assessing damage and implementing effective solutions. • Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for transporting materials and equipment on-site. • Collaborate with other tradespeople during projects to ensure structural integrity and safety. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times. • Ensure that all installations are plumb and level for optimal performance. Skills • Proficient in various carpentry techniques, including restoration, custom installation, and fixture installation. • Knowledgeable in dry-rot damage restoration processes and best practices. • Familiarity with marine grade products is a plus. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when required. • Strong understanding of water proofing systems and installation practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of carpentry work. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • Join us in creating exceptional spaces through skilled craftsmanship!
