Customer Operations Intern

Overview

We are looking for an organized and motivated Customer Operations Intern with a strong work ethic, who is eager to learn new skills and processes. The Intern will work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and providing assistance with projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry data clean up
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Assist with customer service tasks, such as responding to customer inquiries

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Rising Senior pursing a bachelor's degree
• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
