Faux Finish Apprentice

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards before they are shipped. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. • Utilize hand tools and power tools to make necessary adjustments and repairs. • Assemble components as needed to complete final product configurations. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication processes. • Familiarity with warehouse operations and assembly line procedures. • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks. • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred. • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
