OVERVIEW:
As part of a highly collaborative, cohesive, and interdependent team that works through shared values to achieve the mission of the United Way of Greater Houston (UWGH), the Analyst will support evaluation efforts, provide system management for the Integrated Client Journey Technology Tool (ICJ Tech Tool) self-service model and support data governance structures. Collects, analyzes, interprets, and communicates quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate impact and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, the Analyst will define and coordinate testing procedures and test cases to serve the overall quality assurance needs of the ICJ Tech Tool Self-Service Model. Works closely with the Mission and Strategy team to ensure appropriate training and relationship-building across organizations and systems to utilize data-driven insights to optimize the Integrated Client Journey (ICJ), ultimately making a positive impact in the community.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
• Provide system management for the ICJ tech tool self-service model including end-user support for accessing the tool, troubleshooting performance issues, and help-desk maintenance.Support community outreach efforts, training, and technical assistance on features, functionality, and privacy ramifications for end users. Work collaboratively with technical vendors for customizations and enhancements to ICJ Tech Tool Self-Service model. Support planning and implementation efforts for data governance, technology, and data sharing within the ICJ data collaboration.
• Participates in cross-functional collaboration for planning and implementation across Mission and Strategy and other departments, particularly as it relates to the roll-out and integration of Self-Service Model (2.0) components.May lead special projects tied to ICJ Self-Service Model (2.0) adoption, training, or evaluation. Supports continuous improvement cycles informed by community feedback and performance data related to Self-Service Model (2.0)’s implementation. Also plays a role in the Single Investment Process and supports other strategic initiatives of the Mission & Strategy Department.
• Design and implement data collection methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, reporting, and other quantitative and qualitative techniques.Analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing meaningful insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain interactive and static dashboards to track common metrics and monitor progress towards learning goals for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports, presentations, and data visualization tools.
EDUCATION:
Required
Bachelors or better in Management Information Systems or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
5 years:Proven experience performing described principal duties or closely related work. Demonstrated understanding of back- and front-end software system development. Must possess strong project management skills with ability to prepare, explain, and monitor performance and prioritize workload. Must demonstrate ability to synthesize feedback and translate it into actionable improvements. Experience and proficiency with software platforms/tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, and Power BI highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
