Dealing Fund Setup, Associate 1

Permanent Contract

Your Role

We are looking for a Transfer Agent, Associate 1 to join our Dealing Fund Setup team.

You will be the focal point for the day-to-day administration and supervision of the daily Fund Setup operations within Dealing Services. The Fund Setup A1 works closely together with the Fund Setup Managers in ensuring that prospectus information is properly analyzed and applied within the core TA system. The Fund Setup A1 needs to function at all times as a team player.

Your Team

You will be working under the supervision of the Fund Setup Events Managers

Your Responsibilities

o Responsible for translating clients / prospectus information into iFast terminology as it relates to changes within umbrella funds / sub funds / share classes.

o Facilitate amendments within the Transfer Agency static data

o Assist internal departments related to fund setup inquiries

o Maintain a log of all identified initiatives and appropriate documentation

Your Profile

Must Have:

o Successfully attained their final second-level education exams (BAC+2 minimum) or equivalent professional qualification.

o Ability to work with pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process thinking skills

o Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook...)

o Display good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines and keeps well documented records.

o Maximize organizational productivity to complete tasks effectively and accurately.

o Excellent communication skills - fluent in English (written & oral).

o Other European Languages (German and/or French) considered advantageous.

Nice to Have:

o A first working experience in Transfer Agency or Financial Services

o Basic knowledge of corporate law would be considered a plus.
