Why this role is exciting!

We are seeking an experienced paid social manager to own the strategy and execution of our paid media campaigns.  Working under the Director of Demand Generation, the Paid Social Manager will own the roadmap and implement processes to improve performance for paid social channels including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other ad platforms. This person will work alongside marketing ops to monitor and report on paid performance and understand campaign efficiency and ROI, all the while creating a feedback loop with sales to understand campaign efficiency and full-funnel sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap and implement processes to improve performance for paid media channels including: ad copy, design, account management, strategy and reporting
  • Work alongside marketing ops to monitor and report on paid social performance and understand campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Create a feedback loop with sales org to understand campaign efficiency and full-funnel sales cycles
  • Suggest new, innovative areas for growth
  • Optimize toward agreed upon campaign KPI’s and ultimately meet marketing attributed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Adhere to campaign launch calendars and timelines
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing (Content, Design, Website, SEO, Product Marketing, Content, Programs), Marketing Operations, and Sales.

Does this sound like you?

  • 5-7 years of paid media/digital marketing experience
  •  Experience managing campaign optimization and spend to remain in budget
  • Strong collaboration and project management experience
  • Strong communicator who can efficiently communicate learnings and insights to drive improvements
  • Deep expertise with optimizing to ROAS
  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Advanced analytical and data visualization skills (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel, Google
  • sheets, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing attribution platforms such as Bizible
  • Exceptional skills in Excel
  • Adwords certification (nice to have)

Salary range: $100,000-$130,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance up to 5%.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
