Introduction
The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, execution and measurement of strategies that drive lead acquisition, nurture, and customer retention. Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Specialists, the role will leverage our marketing technology stack to automate workflows and lead nurture campaigns, as well as provide insights to continuously improve customer acquisition and customer experience.
Role Responsibilities:

Use marketing technology platforms (Marketo, Hootsuite, Monday.com) to es
tablish, track and optimize lead generation & lead nurturing programs through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media, and social media channels -
Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to use marketing technology to improve processes, increase efficiencies and generate sales

Work with the Campaign Marketing Specialist and other key stakeholders to develop and optimize effective content to support inbound marketing and nurture campaigns

Develop, design, and implement a customer retention plan for consent management

Administer and optimize lead management strategies such as lead scoring, lead routing and customized lead closing tactics.

Formulate and adapt marketing segments to strategically target customer groups by definition or event triggers

Work closely with Global Marketing Technology team to align on latest content releases, marketing technology enhancements, and analytics support and development.

Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads. Optimize paid campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC.

Manage website, campaign, and lead to revenue reporting, analyzing performance and providing insights for the optimization of workflows and customer acquisition.

Establish, maintain, and communicate program timelines

Recommend customer engagement best practice with design and testing of email campaigns

Afinity in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamic or Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-
Proficiency (2+ years) experience as a super user of a Marketing Automation platform such as Marketo
-
Proficiency (2+ years) of using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com.

Experience managing marketing activities, managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks and promoting events.
Prefered Qualifications:
-
Experience working for a multinational organization is preferable
-
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and technology.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Analytical with a data-driven approach and an excellent attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and alterations advantageous

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Analytics preferred
