ADI's newly formed Global Demand Generation Center is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting customer intent into measurable opportunity pipeline and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is laser focused on frictionless customer journeys, conversion and retention through data and measurement lead management.
You will create programs that generate, identify or anticipate targeted buyer interest, engage and develop that interest into demand, convert demand into sales revenue, and then nurture the customer relationship to promote loyalty.
The Demand Marketing Manager will accelerate pairing ADI products & solutions with customer demand by delivering relevant, timely and personalized content to targeted audiences across the customer journey and through multiple customer interaction channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build in-platform demand activation programs based on target audiences, end applications and AI signals
- Define and drive the development of modular and personalized content in dynamic formats to be used in omnichannel communications
- Coordinate the usage of gated content to drive contact generation initiatives
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking mechanisms are applied to campaign assets
- Analyze and optimize program elements based on real-time results
- Orchestrate the activation of appropriate nurturing and remarketing channels to increase engagement scores for targeted audiences
- Focus on customer experience, scoring, conversion and retention to meet acceleration and revenue goals.
- Partner with the media team to create holistic display advertising, search, and social media campaigns supporting demand objectives
- Communicate with regional marketing teams to ensure programs alignment, to support localization needs, and to coordinate timely deployment
- Through responsibility for strategic lead management programs, draw conclusions and report on lead management insight
- Develop scalable frameworks and efficient processes and share learnings within the Demand Generation Center team
- Act as an advocate for best-in-class demand marketing and educate others on the value of the Demand Generation Center
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience
- Solid knowledge of various Marketing Technology platforms with the ability to work day-to-day within the tools; marketing automation platforms, CDPs, website personalization, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute large-scale demand programs aligned to business and sales objectives
- Experience defining customer journeys and content strategy deployed across a multitude of marketing channels
- Proven track record working cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives
- Excellent communication and organization skills, detail-oriented
- Personal drive/initiative; passionate and effective advocate for key initiatives, generates excitement, energy and collaboration
