We're looking for candidates with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop channel strategy and analysis via insights and market data in the eCommerce space to make a global impact for some of the most recognized brands in the world.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop eCommerce Channel / eRetail Sales Marketing Strategy and Align
  • KPI setting &Online sales management: eCommerce / eRetail
  • Perform eCommerce / eRetail sizing, data analysis, P&L and share reports with the team and stakeholders
  • Explore mutually beneficial strategies with eCommerce / eRetail customers to maintain sales growth momentum
  • Execute eCommerce brand campaigns for both individual and consolidated brands
  • Implement collaborative brand campaigns for eCommerce sales
  • Work as an eCommerce One team with CCB (Closely collaborate with CCB Account Managers)
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of Brand, E2EE (End-to-End Experiences), and Customer teams to deliver integrated eCommerce promotions
  • Create new eCommerce initiativesโ€ข
  • Deliver eCommerce / eRetail shopper insights and share best practices
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills that can influence the sales marketing plan to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Possess knowledge of the external partner landscape (agencies, content companies, suppliers of products/experiences, etc.) to identify optimal execution and deals where appropriate
  • Find innovative ways to create differentiated purchase experiences and programs that inspire consumers to choose KO products
  • Develop impactful and forward-thinking insights for operating unit, customer, and category-level digital business performance and opportunities, including industry/economic analysis, trend identification and impact sizing, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Create effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand reporting solutions, ensuring digital is well integrated into enterprise decision-making and performance management.
  • Partner with Platform Services to develop and automate reports, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale and support monthly and quarterly performance management routines
  • Collaborates with the strategy and insights community on linking consumer segmentation with market segmentation efforts to maximize efforts
  • Develops an investment plan against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven and ROI estimations.
  • Collaborates and drives buy-in with the bottling team on the strategic imperatives and required investment plans, with aligned milestones and KPIs, as well as investment sharing arrangements.
  • Leads the development and implementation of specific incidence & frequency driving programs.
  • Leads key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10 or more years of relevant working experience in understanding eCommerce / eRetail channel and customer management
  • Advanced knowledge of digital display, mobile, video, programmatic, etc
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of paid search and social media
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication, project management, and time management skills
  • Preferred FMCG industry experience but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Native Korean and fluent in English
  • Experience manipulating large datasets and generating insights using SQL, Alteryx, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Visualization expertise in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
  • Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization
  • Candidate must have a proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience
