Description and Requirements

Description:

PCBA NPI project management and external /internal customer qualify focal point for PCBA supplier product quality and process management. Lead NPI management on quality plan, PFMEA, Manufacturing Control Plan, SPC, OBA, ORT and NPI phase review, etc. Coordinate between customer and PCBA factory, ensure good quality and on time delivery for each NPI phase build. Customer focal for NPI phase build, customer audit and quality reporting. Monitor PCBA supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement. Engineering change management for PCBA product. Work together with WW team and supplier on trouble shooting for quality issue. Regular audit and qualification of supplier to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level. Work together with Commercial team on alternative source selection and qualification, and support on cost saving projects. Coordinate with global cross function teams for special project to support company business.

Requirements:
Strong technical and process skills in PCBA manufacturing, experienced in server motherboard end to end assembly processes like SMT, wave soldering and backend assembly, etc. Strong skills in project management, supplier management and supplier audit. DFX know-how and hands on experiences for new product introduction. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO 9001 etc. Good command of English in writing, speaking and listening, good team work, excellent at communication. Has working experience in computer/server manufactory is preferred.
