Executive Chef

Position:Executive Chef Employment Type:Full-Time Compensation:$ hourly Location:In-Person Start Date: Approx-sept 14 Position Overview College Cuisine is seeking an accomplished and driven Executive Chef to lead one of our locations and contribute to our organization’s growth. This role involves all kitchen functions and delivering exceptional food quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, hospitality driven Chef to provide exceptional food and service. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute and maintain innovative weekly menus that adhere to the highest quality standards. • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation regulations and company policies. • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and adherence to food and labor budgets. • Partner with management to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services. • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to uphold best practices and achieve culinary excellence. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction. • Deliver a well rounded customer experience , which involves working with the client as a team to meet all expectations in the food service scope . Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry. • Extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines and advanced culinary techniques. • Exceptional kitchen management skills, inventory control, and budget oversight. • Creative expertise in menu development and visually compelling banquet presentations. • Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance. • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. • Proactive, self-motivated, and ambitious with a commitment to growing with the organization. • Hands-on cooking expertise, with a passion for actively participating in food preparation and culinary execution. • Ability to receive critical feed back, work quickly to rectify any client issues that may arise and make adjustments in a substantial manner where needed.
