CampMinder is hiring an Executive / Administrative Assistant!Â
Compensation: Our target hiring range is $60K-65K plus eligibility to participate in our Annual Bonus Program. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
Work Location: This position will include on-site responsibilities that take place at our office in Boulder, Colorado. You’ll need to be located within driving distance of our office and should plan to work on-site at least 3 days per week.

This role would be responsible for:Â
- Supporting CampMinder’s Founder & CEO, Dan Konigsberg (70%)
- Manage Dan’s calendar and inbox
- Maintain a list of tasks and prioritiesÂ
- Coordinate logistics for travel, meals, and meetings
- Prepare for meetings including scheduling, briefing, creating slide decks and agendas, providing support during meetings, and follow-up after meetings
- Curate correspondence and communications
- Assist leadership and departments with various initiatives (15%)Â
- Draft outlines and slide decks for board meetings
- Support Finance team with mail, filing, and deposits
- Schedule travel and conference logistics for Sales team
- Support out-of-state employee travel logistics
- Assist Product team with client research and correspondence
- Support various aspects of the hiring process
- Manage general office needs and support all-company events (15%)Â
- Support People & Culture team with planning and executing quarterly all-company meetings as well as 3x/year in-person events
- Coordinate meals and catering as needed
- Order office snacks, beverages, and coffee
- Monitor office supply inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Serve as a point of contact with building management; submit maintenance requests; and coordinate services as needed
- Assist with building safety/security projects as neededÂ
- Ensure a hospitable and welcoming office environment for team members and visitors alike
This position will report to CEO, Dan Konigsberg, while also working with other members of the Sr. Leadership team and the People & Culture team. The percentage of time split between responsibilities is an estimation, and may not perfectly reflect the actual percentage.Â

- Experience with office management and with scheduling, planning and executing events
- Experience with: Google Suite (slides, gmail, calendar, docs, etc), Bill.com, Slack, Greenhouse Applicant Tracking or a desire to learn new software
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences over phone, email, virtually, and in-personÂ
- High levels of adaptability, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems in creative and resourceful ways
