Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is actively seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to join program just North of San Francisco, CA. This is a rare opportunity to work near the redwoods and the Northern California coastline. This is an ideal administrative & teaching position for someone interested in working with an outstanding team, including family medicine physicians and residents through collaboration with our Rural Family Medicine residency program Adventist Health Ukiah Valley ( Show Contact Details ) in Ukiah, CA.
Key Position Details:
- 3+ years GME experience required
- 80% Administrative 20% clinic
- Program started 2019 - 6 residents per cohort
- M-F - No hospital call
- Hospital: 50 beds, 8 ICU, ER 88-90 visits/day
Candidates must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
About Our Residency
Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Family Medicine Residency Program was established in 2019 to address the rural health crisis and create full-spectrum family physicians who are well trained to take on the needs of their communities. Unopposed as the only residency program in our county, residents have individualized training at our rural sites and actively participate in local community projects. Our residency program is a 6-6-6 program, affiliated with UC Davis, and ACGME-accredited.

Wage Scale: $300,465 -$387,352
