Family Care Centers Medical Group (“FCC”) is looking for a Family Practice physician to join its Primary Care practice in Fountain Valley, California. Patients choose FCC for its reliable and compassionate family care medical services. Affiliated with Greater Newport Physicians IPA and MemorialCare Health System, FCC has proudly served the Orange County community for more than 30 years.

Practice Details

• Join a thriving practice with six other Primary Care Providers
• Team-based care with experienced support staff
• Outpatient only practice - Excellent Hospitalist team in place
• See an average of 15 to 18 patients per day
• Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Work schedule: Four days a week minimum
• Shared call approximately three weeks per year, no urgent care requirement, and no weekends

Ideal Candidate

• Treats a variety of illnesses and conditions
• Sees all age groups
• Performs a variety of minor procedures
• Understands Quality Measures and HCC Coding
• Provides an excellent patient experience
• EMR experience (NextGen preferred)

Total Rewards

• Competitive base salary with a one-year guarantee, plus incentive bonus potential
• Anticipated base salary $220,000 to $270,000; Compensation is aligned with fair market value data and considers education, training, and relevant work experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Graduate of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Family Medicine
• Board-certified (or board eligible) in Family Medicine preferred
• California medical license
• Current BLS and DEA
