Job Description As a Field Auditor reporting to the Vice President Asset Compliance & Loss Prevention you will perform compliance and operational audits that you manage from planning to reporting. You will be responsible to understand commensurate risks, as well as identify, evaluate, and test controls. You will also be required to acquire data and conduct applicable analysis to supplement the audit process. To be successful in this role, you must be able to quickly understand moderate to complex issues and effectively communicate them both orally and in writing. You must be analytical, detail oriented, organized and have excellent communication skills. Job Duties: • Independently evaluates operating processes and policies. • Identifies process design and operational control gaps. • Identifies risks, controls, and data sources. • Tracks and tests the effectiveness of corrective action plans. • Identifies data analysis and continuous auditing opportunities. • Document workpapers, evaluate risks/controls, and effectively communicates audit results. Job Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree or experience auditing compliance and regulatory functions is preferred. • Experience with data capturing and analysis required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Audit-related certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor) a plus • Must be able to travel approximately 75% with no personal out of pocket expense.
